HR Specialist/Administrative assistant

Join our family to work on IT Recruiting and HR assignments, managing our social network accounts and performing office administration tasks. Ensure that our employees have the best conditions when working from the office or remotely. Your duties will be a mix of recruiting/hiring, general HR and office management.
We need your help in growing our team and finding the best people to work with!

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting - Managing IT Recruiting: job advertisements, candidate sourcing and pre-screening, interviewing
  • Social networks - Managing company's accounts on Facebook, LinkedIn and other social platforms
  • General office management - document-processing, managing supplies
  • Emplyee onboarding, offboarding
  • Managing employment documentation, vacation and sick leave schedules
  • Organizing corporate events and managing employees' wellbeing
  • Coordinating employees's business trips

Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent Latvian, Russian and English languages
  • At least 1 year experience in Office management, HR, Recruiting or related positions
  • Experience with IT hiring and candidate sourcing through LinkedIn
  • Must be active on social networks. Experience of Digital Marekting and/or running corporate accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn is a huge plus
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools - Outlook, Calendar, Word, Excel
  • A degree in Human Resources, Public Relations, Marketing, Management or Economics is considered a plus

Salary range: 1 000 - 2 000 EUR gross (before taxes)
