Work with our large clients on discussing the specs of challenging projects, proposing solutions and managing implementation with a dedicated team of experienced professionals. You will be involved into decision making, estimation, planning and delivery of the projects.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicating with the Customers/Stakeholders
• Analyzing requirements and providing solutions
• Prioritizing Product Backlog
• Communicating requirements and providing domain/business knowledge to Development Team
• Ensuring the delivery of the Business Value for the customers
• Participation in daily stand-ups, planning meetings, internal demos and retrospectives

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in software development project management (traditional or agile)
• Experience in E-commerce, Retail or similar industries
• Excellent planning and prioritization skills
• Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Great communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written Latvian and English languages, other languages are a plus (to communicate with partners and international team members)
• A degree in Management, Computer Science, IT or related field is considered a plus

Salary range: 3 000 - 4 500 EUR gross (before taxes)
